COMPANY POLICY & EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK QUESTIONS

Your handbook.
A clearer starting point.

The policy exists. Finding the right part can still take a conversation.
We're developing MyAI to help employees ask questions about their company's own documents.

MyAI is in development. Register Interest is an enquiry, not access to a live product.

WHEN THE SAME QUESTIONS KEEP COMING BACK

Less time looking for the right document.

Where is the leave policy? What does the handbook say about working from home? How do I submit an expense?
For a small or medium-sized business, these questions often land with the same HR or operations person.

FOR EMPLOYEES

A place to start.

The aim is to make company information easier to find through everyday questions, rather than expecting everyone to know a document's title or location.

FOR HR TEAMS

Make the handbook easier to use.

A company policy chatbot is a way to explore routine guidance. Personal circumstances, sensitive issues and decisions still need the right human conversation.

FOR OPERATIONS MANAGERS

Connect questions to procedures.

Consider the repeated questions about expenses, onboarding or everyday processes that already have an answer in your team's documentation.

WHAT JAAIB IS DEVELOPING

An employee handbook chatbot.
Built around company knowledge.

MyAI is JAAIB's AI employee knowledge assistant in development. Its intended purpose is to help employees find practical answers in their organisation's policies, procedures and documents.

01

Start with your own information.

The proposed approach uses company-provided material. An internal knowledge assistant needs the right source documents before it can offer useful guidance.

02

Keep the source in view.

Our fictional example illustrates answers alongside policy references. It is a written demonstration, not a live AI service or evidence of performance on your documents.

03

Agree the boundaries first.

Document scope, access, hosting, retention and human escalation need discussion before any deployment. No integration, language support or security certification is promised here.

SEE THE IDEA IN CONTEXT

How do I book annual leave?

Our fictional company, Northstar Studio, has a written leave procedure.
The example connects a practical answer to an Annual Leave Policy reference: v1.2, section 3, page 4.

These are fictional policies, not employment advice. Always check the current policy and ask HR or your manager about your circumstances.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A POLICY CHATBOT

Start with the questions.
Then agree what a useful answer needs.

Bring a few recurring questions to an initial discussion. You do not need to upload your handbook or share confidential information through our enquiry form.

Who owns the documents?
Identify who approves policies and keeps versions current. An outdated source is a problem an assistant cannot fix by itself.
Who should see each answer?
Different teams may need different information. Access requirements should be established before sharing company material.
When should a person take over?
Exceptions, individual employment situations and important decisions need an appropriate human route. AI can make mistakes.
Can we try MyAI now?
MyAI is in development. This website offers an illustrative demonstration and a way to register interest. Availability, supported documents and any potential engagement must be discussed with JAAIB.
